With the launch of its Key West 2027 collection, O’HARA is marking a new strategic milestone in the move towards premium-level outdoor accommodation. Designed to meet the demands of the premium market that has been emerging in the camping sector over the past few years, this new generation combines the hallmarks of high-end hospitality with the anticipated evolution of the outdoor accommodation sector.
Key features of the new KEY WEST 2027 range
- New exterior design
- New interior design
- Four models that meet today’s requirements whilst anticipating those of tomorrow
- Ultra-reinforced insulation from HATHA as standard
- New: the 32.7 m² (8.57 m x 4.45 m) Key West 2-Bedroom Slim.
With the 2027 edition, Key West reaches new heights in comfort and refinement with four models, including a new layout:
Inside, the balance between minimalism and warmth creates a cosy, timeless atmosphere. Premium materials — wood, travertine and stoneware — complement a palette of soothing colours to create a space that is both sophisticated and authentic.
The living areas combine design and functionality. Designed as if by a specialist kitchen designer, the kitchen in these luxury mobile homes blends ergonomics with the principles of home design: full-extension drawers, a push-to-open system on base units, built-in appliances and premium finishes are highlighted by a sink integrated into an ultra-slim, compact worktop with a stone-effect finish,
The sleeping areas embody a distinctly hotel-style approach: true private suites with tall wardrobes, they offer premium bedding, direct access to the terrace and bathrooms with high-end fittings, including spacious 120x80 showers and carefully selected fixtures.
Externally, the architectural silhouette asserts its identity with a striking single-pitched roof, large windows and contemporary black joinery. Each model interacts with its surroundings, blending seamlessly with the outdoor spaces, notably thanks to a terrace designed by O’HARA
But Key West 2027 goes beyond a mere aesthetic evolution. The range is now structured as an architectural collection, capable of adapting to a variety of layouts without ever compromising on its stylistic standards. It has been expanded to include a new model: the Key West 2-Bedroom Slim, measuring 32.7 m² (8.57 m x 4.45 m). This brand-new model stands out for its compact dimensions, designed to make the most of every square metre whilst maintaining natural light, a free-flowing layout and a high level of comfort. It offers a practical solution to layout constraints, without compromising on luxury.
Beyond its design, Key West 2027 is part of a strategy to anticipate market changes. In response to the increasing lifespan of mobile homes and anticipated changes in energy regulations, O’HARA has incorporated a key structural innovation: ultra-reinforced insulation, derived from the Hatha concept unveiled in 2024. This breakthrough significantly improves thermal comfort whilst optimising energy performance, in line with a commitment to sustainability.
With this new collection, O’HARA is setting out a clear vision: to offer bespoke, elegant and long-lasting leisure accommodation capable of meeting today’s requirements whilst anticipating those of tomorrow. This positioning reaffirms the brand’s role as a leading player in the premium outdoor accommodation sector.
“We have conceived Key West 2027 as an immersive experience, where architecture and nature harmonise to offer a genuine, elegant and tranquil form of luxury,” says Florence Bugeon, Marketing Director at BIO HABITAT.
A leading player in the mobile home sector in Europe for over 30 years, BIO HABITAT embodies recognised expertise through its four brands — IRM, O’HARA, COCO SWEET and BHI — with more than 260,000 homes installed.
